Alison-Desktop es una aplicación que solo facilita el uso de sus certificados.

You need a personal and CURRENT certificate to operate (sign, make transfers, etc). This certificate should be processed independently by your bank or organization.

The permitted browsers are: Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera. Its necessary for them to be up-to-date.

The permitted platforms are: Windows 7 (or up) y Mac OS X 10.9 (or up)

Even though this are the permitted platforms, you need to use those that are allowed by the portal or channel of the organization or bank.

Windows: Verify that it is actually running (the icon can be seen in lower right part of your desktop). If it is not there, search for Alison-Desktop in your applications and open it.

MacOS: Verify that it is actually running (the icon can be seen in upper right part of your desktop). If it is not there, open the application "Launcher", search for Alison-Desktop in your applications and open it.

1) Press the button [Install Plugin] that can be foun in the lower right part of the screen and follow the instructions. This depend on your browser.

2) If you cannot still continue, press the mouse right button over the Alison-Desktop icon that is running in your computer (the icon is located near where the date is shown in your screen), and select the options "Diagnose >> Diagnose Installation"
